Refund Policy

At VIP PLAN, customer satisfaction is our priority. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Duplicate payments can be reviewed and refunded after verification.
  • Failed payments can be reviewed if the amount was debited but the order was not processed.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the transaction.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Completed mobile recharges and delivered Instagram services are non-refundable.
